Problem:
CD Publication contained in 01K1282 may have the serial number label (Certificate of Authenticity) missing from content. DDS/3 tape drive 01K1282 contains CD Publication pack 01K1208. The CD publication consists of the following:
02K0960 - Seagate backup Solutions for IBM.
02K0855 - Seagate backup Exec for Windows NT. This Consists of 2 CDs 1 is Japanese verion, the other is
English/French/German/Spanish.
Affected part number is 02K0855 which may have serial number/part number label missing.

Is the label for the desktop software and the server software wrapped together and should be on the outside of the shrink wrap.

SDE CSWD 0000IB
SS P/N XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX
This label has a serial number for the Sytos Premium product. This is the DESKTOP CD and the label is on the jewel case.

S/N# XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX
SBE-CHOE-0003IB
This label has the Netware and NT Quickstart serial number and is on the Server Solution CD.
Action:
A replacement CD pack (01K1282) can be obtained by using the short/wrong shipments process by sending a note to CUSTSUP2 at Greenock VNET.
