Aptiva - 2140/2142 Considerations - Picture Postcard

Postcard Freezes if you select Print Preview. Detail: If you have RingCentral or Microsoft Fax set as your default printer, AND you have a background graphic in your Postcard, you cannot use "Print Preview". When you select Print Preview, the application locks and you must use CTRL-ALT-DEL and END TASK to close Postcard. Answer / Workaround: Problem here is that the drivers for the Microsoft Fax and/or for Ring Central Fax, doesn't support apparently the "Print Background" option when you try to use it in "Print Preview". You must select a real printer driver, and in this way, you will not get Postcard locked. This is the workaround that should be followed, however, I'm awaiting the answer from the vendor, to see if there is anything else that can be done to avoid this problem. All icons in toolbar look active. Detail: It is difficult to differentiate which icons are available and which are not. Answer / Workaround: Icons will be slightly lighter and less clear when NOT available. The icons will change from available to unavailable depending on the current status of the postcard or user interaction. Working as designed. Severity: 4 Preload(s): Both
