PS/1 - Vsafe error loading Windows 3.x

The following error may appear on PS/1 MS-DOS systems when restoring Windows 3.x:

"The Vsafe program is not loaded, you must load vsafe before starting windows".

You will need to edit the system.ini file to stop the error from appearing.

• Click on File then Run.
• Type Sysedit into the box and press enter.
• Choose Win.ini from the cascaded windows.
• Find the following lines in the Win.ini file.

[windows]
load=rrtsklst.exe, mwavtsr.exe
run=

• Remove mwavtsr.exe from the load= command line.

• Save and exit.

• Restart Windows 3.x
