Aptiva - Instructions for downloading E26FIX.EXE from BBS

This document provides information that is needed for a user to download the E26FIX.EXE from the BBS. Symptoms of this problem include GPFs or lockups while using ViaVoice or other multimedia applications that require Level 2 Cache.
There are two ways that users may obtain the necessary file from the BBS.
