Aptiva - Can I stop my cursor from blinking?
Applicable to: United States
ANSI.SYS and some commercial products can change the position, size, and other attributes of the cursor. The cursor can be made to stop blinking by coloring it black against a black background using ANSI.SYS or by changing the number of scan lines to zero using commercial software. A DOS reference manual can offer more information on using ANSI.SYS.
