Aptiva - Unexpected Error; Quitting error message

Problem:
The full error message is as follows:
'Unable to load Custom Control DLL: C:\APTIVA\SBCHOOK.VBX Unexpected error; quitting...'
This error occurs when the Aptiva Guide tries to open.
Solution:
To correct this error type the following at the DOS prompt:
COPY C:\APTIVA\DWSPYDLL.DLL C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
then reboot the computer. The problem will go away.
