Aptiva - 2158 Considerations - Systems freezes after installing test programs

Description:
The test programs (WinbenchÇWinstone and HCT8.0) install OK, but the system freezes on reboot.
Models affected:
2158
How to duplicate:
Install a test program and accept the option to reboot. system will sometimes hang.
Root cause:
Norton Anti-Virus does not react well to forced reboots.
Workaround:
Customer should power off and then restart the system.
