Aptiva - How to fix clicking sound in speaker when using Windows 95

Some people have reported problems with clicking sounds coming from speakers when playing a recorded sound. This may happen when '.WAV' files have been recorded.

To eliminate the clicking sound do the following:
Click on Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Multimedia --> Sound Recorder

1.) Go to 'Edit' and then 'Audio Properties'

2.) Under 'Recording' click on 'Customize'

3.) Change 'Attributes' to '44,100Hz 16 Bit stereo', then change preferred CD Quality and click 'Save.'
