Aptiva - Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 MPEG video/sound is slow and muffled

Symptoms:
After installation of IE 4.0, the user will experience slow and muffled video/sound on MPEG and MPEG-2 files.
Workarounds:
A fix is available via IBM Update Connector and via the Aptiva eSupport Page.
Systems Affected:
2140 and 2142 All Models World Wide.
Additional Notes: Installing the new drivers will require uninstallation of the 4.03.2510 level drivers.
