Aptiva - Fearless planar BIOS/video problem

Some supported memory configurations will not allow both 2MB and 1MB memory options for systems that use Universal Memory Addressing (UMA). UMA was utilized on Fearless planars that shipped in many 2134 , 2176 systems worldwide.

Check the physical memory configuration if you only have the option for 1MB of video memory.

You do not have the ability to select 2MB of video memory if the memory is configured in any of the following ways:

BANK 0

0 (No SIMMs)

32-bit (1 SIMM)

32-bit (1 SIMM)

0 (No SIMMs)

32-bit (1SIMM)

32-bit (1 SIMM)

32-bit (1 SIMM)

64-bit (2 SIMMs)
