PROBLEM:
Customer gets illegal operation errors after installing Client Access and Client Care.
TEMPORARY WORKAROUND:
Uninstall Client Care or Client Access
PERMANENT SOLUTION:
Upgrade Client Care to Universal Management Agent (UMA). UMA can be downloaded at:

EXPLANATION:
GPFs in various Client Access and Client Care modules have been noticed on Windows 95 shutdown. Client Care is installed from the RTC CD and includes component instrumentation,DMI service layer, and LanDesk Client Manager. This problem has only been reported on 6862/6892 machine types running Windows 95.
