Aptiva - Phone numbers in Wall Street Money not in French

Symptom:
Phone Numbers for French version of Wall Street Money are not appearing in French. Phone numbers are appearing as eight digits instead of ten digits.
Solution:
By running CER.EXE, a CER.DLL will be applied to the appropriate directory correcting the phone numbers. To obtain the need files click here
