When setting up IGN user is prompted to select modem.
Detail:
During the setup process for IGN the user will be prompted to select the appropriate modem. By default the choices will be "LT WinModem" or "Voice & Game DATA Modem". This may confuse the user in that they really only have one modem.
Answer / Workaround:
The "Voice & Game DATA Modem" is a virtual device added for specific uses. The user can technically choose either modem without any problems, EXCEPT, when Ring Central or other telephony application is running, they will receive an error accessing the "Voice & Game DATA Modem". It will appear that the modem is "broken", when it is actually just in use. Exiting the other communications application and retrying will resolve the problem.

IGN shortcut not deleted upon Uninstall.
Detail:
When a user uninstalls IGN, the Uninstall will remove all files, directories and shortcuts, EXCEPT for the shortcut icon in the "Online Services" folder on the desktop.
Answer / Workaround:
This icon is being added by the Aptivaize process, thus the Uninstall for IGN doesn't realize that instance of the icon exists. The customer will need to remove this one icon manually.
