Cross Brand - Netfinity Manager "Keys Help" files fail to open

Symptom
The "Keys Help" feature of Netfinity Service Manager do not open after selecting "System Information" and "Help."
Problem Isolation Aids
This tip applies, but is not limited to, IBM IntelliStation M Pro Series 6889 systems preloaded with Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, or installed with retail versions of Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0.
This tip may also apply to all models of Netfinity machine types 3000 and 3500.
Typical steps that recreate the error condition are:
1. Install IBM Netfinity as a "Stand Alone Operation."
2. Select Netfinity Service Manager.
3. Select System Information.
4. Select Help.
5. Select Product Information.
6. Keys Help no longer functions.
Fix
Selecting "Product Information" prior to "System Information" after starting Netfinity will allow "Keys Help" to open properly.

1. Select "General Help" followed by "Keys Help."
2. "Keys Help" should now function properly.
