Aptiva - Error in Blockbuster CD after winning the Movie Trivia game

When you play the game and win, it is supposed to play a scene congratulating you for winning. Instead the game gives you the following error:
'Cannot initiate movie D:\MEDIA\VIDEOS\YOUWIN.AVI'
Then when you click on OK, it gives you the error:
'APPLICATION ERROR'
'Application requested abnormal termination'
This then gives you just a close option and returns you to the Desktop. Also, it will at times just lock the system rather than even giving you an error.
Solution: NONE.
The reason is: the file it is trying to run (YOUWIN.AVI) is on the CD in that directory. However, 'YOUWIN.AVI' is not an AVI file. There is no way to change the file name it is looking for, nor the name on the CD.
If you want to see the 'YOUWIN' scene go to WindowsExplorer or FileManager, then access the D:\MEDIA\VIDEOS directory and double-click on YOUWIN.MPG and it will play the scene.
