Aptiva - How to install a printer driver in OS/2 Warp

1. Boot into the OS/2 Desktop
2. Double Click on the "OS/2 System" Icon
3. Double Click on the "Templates" Icon
4. Right Click on the "Printers" Template Icon.
5. Left Click on "Install".
6. Click on LPT1 in the "Output port" window.
7. Locate your printer type in the "Default printer driver" window on the left.
If your printer is not listed here, click on the "Install New printer driver" button.
If you have a disk or CD that the printer drivers are on, put the radio button in the "other OS/2 printer driver" box, and type the path of the new printer drivers in the box marked "directory".
8. Once a printer type has been highlighted, Click on the " Install " button.
9. Now the printer type should be highlighted in the "Default printer driver" window. Click on Create.
10. At this point you will be given the option of having OS/2 set up the driver to function in a Win-OS/2 session. Choose "yes" or "no" depending whether or not you wish to print from Win-OS/2 applications.
