Aptiva - The Windows 95 Task Wizard has an invalid path or is missing

Problem:
Under Windows 95, the Task Wizard has an invalid path or is missing. The file VBRUN300.DLL is missing or has been removed from the system.
Solution:
1) Copy VBRUN300.DLL from the Aptiva directory to C:\windows\system directory.
2) The windows tour is the cause, in most cases, of the file being removed. Go into Windows setup (located in Add/Remove programs). Go into Accessories--if there is a check mark already there, remove it and add the "WINDOWS 95 TOUR" selection back. If there is no check mark, just add this selection (no need to shutdown).
