Product Support Services - Shrink Wrap Offerings

For the attention of all Dealer and Service managers.
A new development in the provision of service has been announced by IBMs service division (Product Support Services).
This new offering means that purchasers of IBM products can also purchase a shrink wrapped pack of service that meets their
business needs. The packs will be made available by IBM Business partners providing them a new revenue opportunity. The
Business Partners will receive a substantial discount on the recommended street price.
Purchasing of these offerings will be available in the same manner as product purchase.
