PS/1 - JAZZ16 soundcard 1362 configuration error

Symptom:
There is a problem with installing the JAZZ16 sound card on a PS1 model 2133 - no other models seem to be affected. On installation the user experiences a 1362 Configuration error.
Problem Isolation Aids:
None
Fix:
Fix is available by incorporating an executable file called SOUNDCLR.COM. ( This file when added to the user's system will allow the card to work.
Installation Procedure
1. Obtain the SOUNDCLR.COM file. This file can be obtined by clicking on the following icon :-
2. Copy this file into the root directory (C:\).
3. Add the line "soundclr" to the AUTOEXEC.BAT and proceed to install the JAZZ16 sound card. ( Place the "soundclr" line after the REM Fitness line ).
4. Re-boot the system and then proceed with the installation using the diskette provided - Version 2.5.
5. The sound card should install cleanly and be usable.
