IBM 3486/87/88/89 Terminals - Compatibility with the German keyboard (EMEA Only)

Symptom:
Using German 129 K/B on M/T 3486/3487/3488/3489,LOWER CASE Key 13 (Accent), and UPPER CASE Key 42 (Apostrophe) are swapped.
Fix:
Refer to Chapter 4 of the Users Guide Supplement...
'Ergaenzung zum Benutzerhandbuch fuer deutsche Tastatur 129.' Form No GA12-4517-00 . The change to the K/B table shown in Chapter 4 should include the following.
