Aptiva - Ring Central will ring too many times using toll saver

Problem:
The computer owner hears the Ring Central application ring too many times from the computer's speakers after the setting they have specified in the application, however, the program still picks up and answers the call.

Solution:
The caller (person calling into the computer) hears the correct number of rings. The 'rings' the computer owner hears are 'virtual rings'.
