IBM IntelliStation/IBM PC - On/Off power button sticks

SYMPTOM:
When pressing the white ON/OFF button on the front of the system unit, the button sticks, or binds in the depressed position.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
This tip applies to the following systems:
IBM PC300PL Series 6862
IBM PC300GL Series 6275
IBM PC300GL Series 6561
IBM IntelliStation E Pro Series 6893
FIX:
Verify that the top cover assembly is fully seated towards the rear of the system unit.
If the sticking condition persists, replace the top cover assembly with the appropriate FRU part number.
