Aptiva - 2163/2164 Considerations - Ring Central does not receive faxes in Suspend mode

Description:
RingCentral is not receiving faxes when in suspend mode.
Systems affected:
2163 and 2164
How to duplicate:
1. Run RingCentral.
2. Let system enter Standby mode.
3. Make a fax call from another PC.
4. The system can wake up but it can't receive this fax.
Root cause:
When VPN driver is installed avoid the wake up function to work.
Workaround:
If the system is not waking up and receiving faxes, do the following:
1. Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs,
2. Remove "Virtual Private Networking" function.
