Network Station - Network Station Manager and Domino: coexistence
Applicable to: World-Wide
SYMPTOM:
By default, Network Station Manager and Domino try to use the HTTP server port of 80 on the AS/400 server. This will create conflicts when accessing the Network Station Manager for configuration.
SOLUTION:
Create a new HTTP server instance using a different port (for example, 85). The configuration file can be copied after Network Station Manager has been installed. It is recommended that all non-Network Station Manager directives be removed for the new file, and that all Network Station Manager directives be removed from the original configuration file. Once this is done, Network Station Manager must now use the new port. To do this, access the AS/400 system on port 2001, click on Network Station Manager->internet->network->check system->next, set the web server port on the boot host field to the newly defined port (for example, 85).
