Aptiva - 2140/2142 Considerations - Recovery CD

After selecting DOS prompt option, user can't return to menu. Detail: From the Recovery menu, select the DOS prompt option. Typing 'EXIT' to return to the menu does not work as it did in previous programs. There is no prompt informing the user that they can, so this will only effect those customer who want to return, or have seen previous programs where this was an option. Answer / Workaround: User must reboot from the Recovery CD in order to return to the menu. Severity: 3 Preload(s): Both
