IBM PC300PL (Type 6862, 6892) - ScrollPoint functions limited in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0

Users may notice that when utilizing the ScrollPoint mouse in Internet Explorer 4.0 (IE40), that horizontal scrolling does not work.
This is a known limitation of the current Windows 95 ScrollPoint mouse driver when used with IE40. The horizontal scrolling limitation may also be seen in other applications.
Horizontal scrolling may be accomplished by dragging the horizontal scroll bar with the left mouse button.
This limitation will be corrected in an updated release of the Windows 95 ScrollPoint mouse driver.
