ScrollPoint Mouse - Installation directory

Applicable to: World-Wide

Environment:

1. Windows 95, Internet Explorer 4.0 and ScrollPoint Mouseware 2.2b or 2.2c.
2. Windows NT, Internet Explorer 4.0 and ScrollPoint Mouseware 2.2 or 2.3a.

Symptom/Error:
Unable to install drivers from a directory with a long name.

Temporary Solution:
Rename the directory to a character length of 8.

Permanent Solution:
Install the lastest driver(Mouseware). Click here to access the driver.
