TP 755,760,765 - Playing MPEG files causes a ddhelp.exe error on shutdown in Windows NT 4.0

Symptom
Playing MPEG files on a 755CD/CDV, 760ED/XD, 765D under Windows NT results in the following error
at Shutdown: "ddhelp.exe...cannot respond to End Task request..."
Solution
Install the latest Mwave drivers, version 2.20, BUILD LEVEL 242A, or later.
