IBM PC300PL - Intel Token Express Pro not recognized

SYMPTOM:
After installing the INTEL Token Express Pro network adapter in the IBM PC 300PL (M/T 6562 and 6592) system running Windows NT 4.0, the adapter is not recognized by the operating system.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
None
FIX:
If the INTEL Token Express Pro adapter is already installed in the system, power off the system and remove the adapter.
Power the system on and press <F1> to run the system setup utility. From the main menu, highlight "ISA Legacy Resources" and press <Enter>. Next, highlight "I/O Addresses" and press <Enter>. Specify addresses 3A0 to 3FFh as "Not Available". Save the changes and exit the setup utility.
Reinstall the INTEL Token Express Pro adapter following the instructions included with the adapter.
