Aptiva - Street Atlas 3.0 will not run

Service Information:
The win32s support that is preloaded on Aptivas is down-level to the revision that came out with Street Atlas. Street Atlas normally installs the win32s along with the Street Atlas installation, unless it is already installed, which it is. To correct the problem, take the following steps.
1. Edit the c:\windows\system.ini.
2. Under the [386 ENH] section, delete the line that reads, "device=c:\windows\system\win32s\w32s.386"
3. Under the [BOOT] section, there is a line that reads, "drivers=mmsystem.dll winm16.dll" Remove "winm16.dll" from the line.
4. Exit Windows.
5. Change directories to c:\windows\system
6. Delete the following files, win32s.dll, w32sys.dll, win32s16.dll, and winm16.dll.
7. Deltree c:\win32s
8. Restart Windows, and reinstall Street Atlas.If the customer still has problems, he should contact tech support for Street Atlas.
