Aptiva - 2159/2176 Lost Aptiva Productivity group after re-installing Ring Central

Question:
I re-installed the Ring Central program that shipped with my Aptiva 2159/2176 computer and now I lost the other icons that used to be in the Aptiva Productivity group. How can I get them back?

Answer:
If you re-installed Ring Central into the Aptiva Productivity group and the original program icons are gone you can use the
following to restore the original icons.

1. Click on "START" and choose "RUN".
2. Type GRPCONV /S and press"Enter".

This command will restore all the original icons back to the desktop.
