For utilization of the Wake on LAN feature of the adapter; a software program such as IBM's LAN Client Control Manager; or equivalent; should be used.

Mounting kit etc.

An adapter cable is not included with the adapter. The appropriate cable must be ordered to connect the adapter to an Ethernet network:, -UTP-3, -4, or -5 cable with RJ-45 connectors for 10Base-T networks., -UTP-5 cable with RJ-45 at both ends for 100Mbps
