TP 760CD - Windows OS/2 fails to close with Enhanced Video started

SYMPTOM:
Windows OS/2 applications fail to close properly (tranxit mentioned specifically) when the Enhanced Video is started. There is also an issue of failure to restart. If Enhanced Video is not started, they work fine.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 760CD running OS/2 Warp with enhanced video enabled.
SOLUTION:
The problem can be fixed by the updated ThinkPad 760CD Enhanced Video Feature Diskette for Windows, v1.10.
