Aptiva - Joystick Compatibility

The IBM Mwave sound/modem card includes a standard 15-pin midi/game port. The card supports a single analog joystick that is attached to the system via this port. The Mwave does not support digital joysticks such as the Microsoft SideWinder 3D Pro. Many of these devices can be configured to operate in analog mode. If you do experience problems with a digital joystick, consult your joystick's documentation to configure the joystick for the analog mode.
