IBM PC300PL - RTC installation hangs system

SYMPTOM:
After selecting the "Add All" option to install applications or drivers from the RTC (Ready-To-Configure) CD, the user may experience hangs, error messages, or applications that do not work.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
When the "Add All" option on the RTC is used to install drivers or applications, the RTC CD may install all versions of a driver or application for that operating system.
FIX:
When using the RTC CD to install drivers or applications, select each driver or application manually to match the specific version of the operating system that is being run. Do not use the "Add All" option for installation.
The "Add All" option will be removed from future versions of the Ready-To-Configure CD.
