7855 Modem - Factory defaults
Applicable to: EMEA
Description:
What are the factory defaults of the IBM 7855-010 and 7855-018 modems?
Solution:
These options are loaded into working memory and stored in Non-volatile memory profile 0. They are displayed here by doing a RESET TO FACTORY and then changing the modem to ASYNC AT and then issueing an AT\S<cr> and AT\S1<cr> command. This file was edited to show that the factory setting is SYNCHRONOUS.
