Aptiva - How to increase maximum message length in Ring Central
Applicable to: World-Wide
1. Open Ring Central: Click on "Start", "Programs", "Aptiva Productivity", "Aptiva Communications", and on "Ring Central".
2. At the "Ring Central" main screen, click on "Menu" at the bottom right, then on "Options".
If you have the version of Ring Central shown below, the "Menu" button is at the top left.
3. The "Mailbox Options" window will open with the "Mailbox" tab selected.
4. The third white box down is the option for "Max message duration". The default is "1 min". Click the "down arrow" for a drop-down box with other selections, including "unlimited".
5. Select the desired duration and click "OK".
