Aptiva - Microsoft Works error message: "Footer Too Tall" on Panasonic printers
Applicable to: United States
The error message "Footer too Tall: Increase footer margin settings. Continue?" may occur in Microsoft Works for Windows when one of the following Panasonic printer drivers are installed:

KX-P 1123 1.0
KX-P 1124 1.0
KX-P 1180 1.10
KX-P 1624 1.0
KX-P 1695 1.10
KX-P 2124 1.0
To eliminate this message, select Tractor as the Paper Source in the Printer Setup dialog box.
The error message occurs under the following conditions
Manual Feed or Auto Sheet Feeder is selected as the Paper Source.
A footer or header/footer paragraphs have been entered.
The Print or Print Preview command is selected.
Workaround
Increasing the footer margin may resolve the problem; but, for example, on the KX-P1124 the margin must be increased to 2.5 inches to eliminate the error message. Tractor must be selected for the Paper Source field in Printer Setup to correct the problem.
