Additional Information:	Q: When I try to install components that are supposed to come with Windows 95/98, the computer asks for an installation cd , where is this CD? A: All of the contents of the Windows install cd included in the Aptiva preload. When Windows asks for the cd there are a few ways to get it to find the files it needs to install updates. 1. Everytime Windows asks for the cd, type 'C:\windows\options\cabs' in the path box and press <enter>. 2. or to minimize the number of times you have to specify the path do the following: a. Download Wininst.reg. b. After the download is complete locate the file by: i. Click on <Start>,<Find>,<Files and folders>. ii. Type 'Wininst.reg' (without the ' ') and press <enter> iii. Double click on the <Wininst.reg> icon. iv. You should get the following message. Click on OK. v. Close the find files and folders window by clicking on the X in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
