Aptiva - WordPerfect v. 6.0a or 6.1 lockups
Applicable to: United States
If your system locks up with WordPerfect 6.0a or 6.1 in Windows, do the following:
1.) Open the SYSTEM.INI file from a text editor.
In Windows 95 click on 'Start' then 'Run', then type "system.ini" in the dialog box and click on 'OK'
2.) Scroll down until you get to the [KEYBOARD] section.
3.) Change 'KEYBOARD.DLL=KBDUS.DLL' to 'KEYBOARD.DLL='
4.) Click on the 'X' in the upper right- hand corner of the window to close it.
5.) Click 'Yes" to save your changes.
6.) Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
