G50 Monitors - No Auto Detection under Windows 95

Symptom:
When using a model G50 monitor and booting to preloaded Windows 95, the monitor may not be detected properly. Viewing the Display Properties panel "MGA Monitor" tab, the system will show "Unknown monitor" as installed.
Problem isolation aids:
The condition is only seen with the Windows 95 preload.
Fix:
The user must setup the G50 monitor manually using the "MGA Monitor" tab under the Display Properties panel.
1. Right click on the Windows 95 desktop and select "Properties."
2. Select the Monitor tab.
3. Expand "IBM Monitors" and select the group supporting the IBM G50 monitor (G41, Gt41, G50, GT50).
