Aptiva - 2159 Considerations - Secondary IDE controller has conflicts

In Device Manager, the entry for the Secondary IDE controller has an error flag (exclamation point in yellow circle). If you click on properties, the panel says "This device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all the drivers installed......" . The resources tab lists the following conflicts:

Input/Output Range 0170 - 0177 used by: Standard IDE/ESDI Hard Disk Controller
Input/Output Range 0376 - 0376 used by: Standard IDE/ESDI Hard Disk Controller
Interrupt Request 15 used by: Standard IDE/ESDI Hard Disk Controller
This is not a conflict. There are three IDE controllers in this system so you will see a conflict.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Open System.
3. Click on the Device Manager tab.
4. The secondary IDE controller will show a conflict.
Workaround:
1. The information is incorrect. There is no conflict.
