TP 560 - Can you hot swap the battery

Description:
Can one battery be exchanged for another on the ThinkPad 560 without the machine being switched off (as on other ThinkPads using 'suspend mode')?
Solution:
This is called 'hot swapping'. It is unadvisable and this system does not support exchanging batteries without first turning off the ThinkPad 560.
