IBM IntelliStation M Pro (Type 6889) - CoSession Remote 7.0 does not complete uninstall

SYMPTOM:
After selecting to uninstall CoSession Remote, the following, or similar messages are displayed:
"Cannot Remove File C:\INSYNC\CSW\CDISP.DRV"
"CoSession Remote Uninstall was unable to remove all of the files in the CoSession Remote Directory."
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
This tip applies to the IBM IntelliStation M Pro series 6889 systems installed with CoSession Remote version 7.0.
This tip may also apply to other systems installed with CoSession Remote version 7.0.
FIX:
The following steps will allow the completion of uninstalling CoSession Remote:
1. Click on Start, Settings, Taskbar.
2. Click on the "Start Menu Programs" tab, and then "Remove."
3. Select "CSR," Remove, then Close.
4. In Windows Explorer, select the CSR folder, right-click, and then Delete.
