TP 701 - Dock II with IDE device causing errors

SYMPTOM:
When installing an IDE device in Dock with TP 701, MOST but not all IDE devices being installed in Docking Station must be set to master.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 701 installed in the Dock II with IDE devices.
SOLUTION:
Because of the IDE controller implementation on 701 you need to set the IDE device in Docking Station to Master.
