Aptiva - Recording conversations in Ring Central

Problem:
Ring Central will only capture a few seconds of a conversation.

Solution:
This feature has been removed from Ring Central in new releases.

Explanation:
In some countries it is illegal to record telephone conversations or there are restrictions on recording a telephone conversation. (Such as placing a beep on the line.) As it is not possible to control the distribution of this software to particular countries, this feature has been removed.

In addition, the modem used in Aptiva systems is not capable of compliance with the restrictions set out by some countries. (Specifically, placing a beep on the line.)
