Aptiva - How to install / uninstall Strategy Games of the World
Applicable to: United States
To install Strategy Games of the World on your Aptiva:
1. From Windows 95 Start Menu, click on the Aptiva Installer icon
2. Insert the Strategy CD into the CD-ROM drive label side up and wait for the drive light go on and then off.
3. Click on the "find install program" button if application was not installed previously or if installed previously, select "show uninstalled programs" tab.
4. Highlight the Strategy Games of the World icon by clicking on it once and then click on install
5. Click on install for the path C:\PROGRAM FILES\EDMARK
6. Click on OK to verify the creation of the path
7. The game will begin installing. Next the installer screen will come up next
8. Press exit to return to desktop
You may now play the game by double clicking on the icon
To uninstall Strategy Games of the World from your Aptiva:
1. From Windows 95 Start Menu, click on the Aptiva Installer icon
2. Insert the Strategy CD into the CD-ROM drive label side up and wait for the drive light go on and then off.
3. Click on the show installed programs tab
4. Single click on the Strategy Games of the World icon to highlight it and then click uninstall
5. Click yes when it asks if you are sure you want to uninstall
6. Click yes to restart Windows 95
You are done.
