Aptiva - How to make backup files within Microsoft(R) Works
Applicable to: United States
You can have a backup copy of your file created automatically by choosing the "File Save As" command and turning on the "Make Backup" check box. This will save two files with the appropriate extensions. For example, a word processing file will have the extension .WPS and the backup file will have the extension .BPS.
Both files will be stored on the disk or diskette you are currently using.
