TP 340,345,370,755,701,760 - 35Watt AC Adapter

Service Information:
The 35W AC Adapter that is shipped with various Thinkpad systems has been redesigned. The connector on the AC Adapter had a removeable plug and could be used with a choice of 2 connector :
4 Pin Connector - TP370,TP755,TP760 Families
2 Pin Barrel Connector - TP340CSE,TP345,TP701 Families
The FRU P/N of this Adapter is 85G4952 which comes with both types of connectors and the FRU of the connectors is 85G6664. On the new Adapter the 4 PIN and 2PIN Connectors are permanently fixed to the cable and cannot be removed. The FRU P/Ns are as follows
4 PIN :- FRU 85G6701
Barrel:- FRU 85G6698
These are the new 1 piece connectors.
New Option P/Ns will be released for these adapters by the Option Brand shortly.
