In Windows 3.1, click on "FILE" and choose "RUN" and type "C:\COMMAND.COM" on the command line. Click "OK".
3. Type CD\PHOENIX and press "Enter".
4. Type DEL CARRINFO.FIL and press "Enter".
5. Type EXIT and press "Enter" to go back to Windows.
